Job Description:

Our client is a construction company seeking an Assistant HR Manager to oversee core HR services at their plant, including enhancing employee engagement and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with management to resolve people-related issues
manage talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
handle employee relations, grievances, and union negotiations
ensure compliance with HR policies, local laws, and payroll accuracy
support HR strategies and succession planning
oversee employee data and prepare necessary reports
lead recognition programs and assist with audits.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of HR experience, especially in a construction or engineering environment
strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and industrial relations.
