Job Description:

Our client is a MNC specializing in HVAC manufacturing. In line with their expansion, they are looking for a HR Assistant Manager to lead and oversee the HR operations at the plant. Key responsibilities include employee and industrial relations, recruitment and training, payroll support, foreign worker management, and HR strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Employee and industrial relations
recruitment and training initiatives
assisting in payroll, attendance tracking
foreign worker affairs management
support on HR strategies and improvements when needed

Requirements:

At least 5 years of relevant working experience
strong background in manufacturing
well-versed in foreign worker management and labor compliance
excellent communication skills
Mandarin fluency for liaising with key stakeholders
