Job Description:

Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to make a positive impact? We are looking for a motivated individual to provide essential support to our clients HR team, ensuring a professional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Offering comprehensive first-line HR advice to employees on practises, policies, and procedures
Managing the full recruitment administration process using our e-recruitment system, from crafting job adverts to extending job offers
Attending external events to promote our organisation's brand
Overseeing occupational health administration and liaising with our OH provider to ensure smooth operations
Managing ad-hoc occupational health provisions like flu jabs and health checks
Maintaining HR information systems to assist in producing vital HR data and statistics
Ensuring employee personal records are managed in compliance with GDPR, maintaining confidentiality at all times
Supporting the HR Manager with the annual performance development review process
Providing administrative support to various HR projects and undertaking additional duties as required

Requirements:

A proactive and organised individual with a keen interest in Human Resources
Excellent communicator with a knack for providing clear guidance and support
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of administration
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
