Job Description:
At Baxter, the HR Associate role involves supporting talent management processes, designing leadership programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and collaborating with management to maintain a positive work environment.
Job Responsibility:
  • Design Leadership Programs according to the results of the diagnosis of detected needs
  • Support directors, managers, and supervisors in the Talent Management process
  • Evaluate the different learning and development resources offered to recommend the best options
  • Lead the Change Management Program according to business needs
  • Ensure company workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
  • Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies
  • Help line managers deal with organizational, people and change-related issues
  • Conduct day-to-day performance management guidance
  • Work together with the management and personnel to resolve conflicts, maintain a positive working environment, and build morale.
Requirements:
  • Design Leadership Programs
  • Support directors, managers, and supervisors in the Talent Management process (Definition of Annual Goals, Performance Management System, Training and Development Plans, Organizational Inventory and Succession Plans, and development plans for High Potential staff)
  • Evaluate the different learning and development resources offered
  • Lead the Change Management Program
  • Ensure company workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
  • Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies
  • Be up to date on employment laws and regulations
  • Help line managers deal with organizational, people and change-related issues
  • Conduct day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, mentoring, career planning, etc.)
  • Work with management and personnel to solve conflicts, facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover.
