Job Description:

With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a HRBP to join the team in JB. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:- Strong ability to engage and influence finance leaders, leveraging data-driven insights for workforce planning and decision-making. Expertise in high-volume hiring, employer branding, and recruitment marketing to attract and retain top talent in competitive markets. Skilled in structuring career development programs, coaching, and identifying skill gaps to enhance workforce capabilities. Proficient in analyzing attrition trends, implementing recognition programs, and driving well-being initiatives in high-pressure environments. Experienced in handling organizational change, conflict resolution, and process improvements to enhance HR effectiveness.
