Job Responsibility:

Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with the HR team to implement and drive HR initiatives that align with organisational goals
Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on performance management and employee development
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support organisational growth by identifying talent gaps and assisting in workforce planning
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a growing and dynamic environment
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
