Job Description:

Lead the HR function for a dynamic team in Japan, building a high-performing culture and driving business success. You will be a key partner to operational directors and managers, working collaboratively to deliver business strategies and objectives. You will influence at a senior level, advising on all HR areas such as reward, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. You will develop and implement annual HR strategies aligned with overall Japan HR priorities, adding value and contributing to strategic goals.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with business leaders to drive a high-performance culture
Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Advise on all HR areas, including compensation and benefits, talent management, and performance management
Coach operational directors/managers to enhance their leadership capabilities
Analyze data and identify trends to propose timely interventions
Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
Lead and/or participate in HR projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in a large company HRBP role
Proven track record of successful HR project delivery
Strong experience in compensation and benefits, talent management, and performance management
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Fluency in business English (written and oral) is required
Experience working with a variety of HR systems and technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach
