Job Description:

They are currently looking for a HRBP to join the team. Your responsibilities include providing expert guidance on HR practices, talent development, recruitment, aligning workforce strategies, and driving people performance. Reporting to the Regional People Leader, you will work as a sole contributor.

Job Responsibility:

Provides expert guidance on HR best practices, dispute resolution, and ensures compliance with local and industry regulations
supports succession planning, talent development, and aligns workforce strategies with business needs
partners with business leaders to drive people performance, offering coaching on management and HR processes
builds talent pipelines, sources and matches candidates, and ensures a seamless recruitment experience
promotes company values, safety, and performance frameworks while fostering a people-first workplace

Requirements:

7 years of relevant experience
good communication and collaboration skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
