Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing financial solutions company based in Sydney CBD as a HR Business Partner. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the people strategy and partnering with senior leaders across the business.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, support managers with on-boarding and probation requirements
Assist in the planning of change and project initiatives
Support the performance review and goal-setting process, including coaching managers and conducting performance discussions
Coordinate and implement training programs, engage with external training providers, and ensure timely execution of initiatives
Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees on all aspects of HR

Requirements:

Experience within recruitment is necessary
Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills
Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
