Job Description:

Our client is a multinational company in the FMCG industry. They are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team in response to their business growth.

Job Responsibility:

Align HR programs with business goals and support workforce planning
analyze HR and business data to guide decision-making and planning
monitor employee trends, turnover, and recruitment for strategic improvements
support organizational changes and engage stakeholders effectively
maintain HR dashboards and forecasting tools to monitor business and workforce trends

Requirements:

At least 8 years of relevant experience
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to facilitate organisational changes and motivate others effectively
