Job Description:

This fantastic, award-winning business is seeking a new Romanian Speaking HR Co-ordinator to join them. You will be working alongside a close-knit HR Team in Gravesend.

Job Responsibility:

HR Correspondence- letters etc
Deliver inductions
Maintaining and updating the staff data base
Uploading documents and ensuring all are compliant
Archiving of data, reports, and files
Telephone enquiries
Tracking health questionnaires
Referencing and background checks

Requirements:

HR experience
CIPD Level 3 (essential)
Romanian speaking (essential)
Wanting to join a well-established business
Proactive and professional
Passionate about HR and wanting to learn
