Job Description:

We are in the search for a meticulous HR Coordinator to be part of our dynamic team in the Construction/Contractor industry based in Brecksville, Ohio, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where you will be instrumental in processing key HR tasks, maintaining comprehensive employee records, and addressing HR-related inquiries. You will also play a significant role in overseeing employee accounts and initiating necessary actions.

Job Responsibility:

Execute thorough audits of documents against established standards for precision and completeness
Utilize software tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time for various HR tasks
Undertake background checks as part of the employee screening process
Maintain precise records and manage electronic files
Process credit applications of customers with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure strong communication lines are maintained with all stakeholders
Assist in managing increase in workload and upcoming vacancies
Carry out benefit functions to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
Maintain a high level of detail orientation and accuracy in all tasks

Requirements:

Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is considered a plus
Experience with Ceridian software is desirable
Proficiency in using Dayforce
Ability to utilise About Time software effectively
Auditing skills are necessary
Experience in conducting Background Checks is essential
Knowledge of Benefit Functions is required
Strong Communication skills are a must

Nice to have:

Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Experience with Ceridian software
