We are seeking a diligent HR Coordinator to join our team in the real estate property/facilities management sector, based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. This role plays a crucial part in our HR functions, managing important tasks such as processing new permanent staff information, conducting audits, and handling communication related to human resources. This is a contract employment opportunity that offers a chance to work in a hybrid work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Efficiently process pay increases and terminations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and manage HR inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding information as needed
Implement audits to ensure the accuracy of HR records and processes
Handle new permanent staff communication, providing necessary information and guidance to new team members
Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process
Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Day Force for various HR tasks
Manage work comp claims, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve issues
Oversee benefit functions, ensuring employees are informed and benefits are administered correctly
Use ATS for effective management of recruitment and hiring processes
Perform administrative tasks related to human resources, maintaining organized and accurate records
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is essential
Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must
Experience with Ceridian is expected
Ability to use Dayforce effectively
Proficiency in About Time software
Experience in auditing and background checks is required
Understanding of benefit functions is mandatory
Exceptional communication skills are necessary
