Job Description:

The role involves a variety of HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced industry. The successful candidate will be based in an onsite workplace and will play a critical role in managing the onboarding process.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct background checks and drug screenings
Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
Implement ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Utilize Ceridian and Dayforce
Ensure compliance with About Time software
Conduct auditing activities
Manage benefit functions
Maintain excellent communication
Ensure attention to detail in HR operations

Requirements:

Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Ceridian knowledge
Proficiency in Dayforce
Experience with About Time software
Auditing skills
Experience in conducting Background Checks
Ability to manage Benefit Functions
Excellent Communication skills
