Job Description:

The role involves significant interaction with different departments, ensuring the efficient operation of various HR functions. This position necessitates a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and robust communication abilities.

Job Responsibility:

Enable smooth functioning of HR operations across different departments
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
Efficiently manage the processing of background checks
Handle all aspects of benefit functions with accuracy
Conduct auditing as per the required schedule and standards
Facilitate seamless communication across all levels of the organization
Utilize 'ADP - Financial Services' and 'ADP Workforce Now' for various HR tasks
Leverage 'ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode' for efficient data transfer
Manage full cycle onboarding
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
Provide support in HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training, and development programs
Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices

Requirements:

High degree of professionalism

experience with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
knowledge of employment laws and regulations
