We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team located in St. Cloud, Minnesota. As an HR Coordinator, your primary role will be to streamline the onboarding process during our peak season. You will be entrusted with the task of managing confidential employee information, overseeing pre-employment screenings, and ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Streamline the onboarding process for new permanent staff
Handle all necessary paperwork and filing related to employee onboarding
Oversee pre-employment and post-permanent screenings
Maintain accurate records of employee information
Ensure adherence to all state and federal guidelines
Assist with HR-related correspondence and compliance audits
Utilize communication skills to troubleshoot basic online issues with onboarding
Schedule and coordinate pre-employment testing
Conduct background checks and new permanent staff orientation
Use Office Suite to manage and organize HR-related tasks and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role as an HR Coordinator
Proven skills in conducting Background Checks
Exceptional Communication abilities, both written and verbal
Experience in organizing New Employee Orientation sessions
Familiarity with Pre-employment Testing procedures
Knowledge of I-9 Compliance regulations and procedures
Proficiency in Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
