We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to work with an expanding organization in Oceanside, CA. This position is perfect for a professional who is eager to develop their HR skills, facilitate recruitment, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and organize employee files, onboarding documentation, and other personnel records
Coordinate recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and communicating with candidates
Oversee new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions and ensuring all forms and documentation are completed
Assist with the administration of employee benefits, open enrollments, and leave requests
Track important employee lifecycle metrics, such as headcount, hire dates, and work anniversaries
Support team projects, including employee engagement initiatives, compliance audits, and training programs
Respond to employee requests related to policies, procedures, and HR systems resources
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of administrative or HR-related experience in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HRIS systems and office tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
