Job Responsibility:
Offer technical support to the HR team
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee personnel files
Help with employee offboarding
Handle volunteer and intern inquiries
Respond to routine HR inquiries
Manage benefit programs
Coordinate employee licensing and training
Provide staff training on time and attendance system
Troubleshoot HRIS and timekeeping systems
Fulfill requests for employment data reports
Explain company policies and benefits
Conduct routine check-in interviews
Plan staff service awards and volunteer recognition events
Ensure HR data integrity
Maintain staff bulletin boards
Attend seminars and conferences
Attend HR and staff meetings
Requirements:
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge of Auditing processes
Ability to conduct Background Checks
Strong Communication skills
Familiarity with Full Cycle Recruiting
