Job Description:

The role involves providing administrative support to the HR team, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and managing the day-to-day administration of the company's benefit programs. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Offer technical support to the HR team
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee personnel files
  • Help with employee offboarding
  • Handle volunteer and intern inquiries
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries
  • Manage benefit programs
  • Coordinate employee licensing and training
  • Provide staff training on time and attendance system
  • Troubleshoot HRIS and timekeeping systems
  • Fulfill requests for employment data reports
  • Explain company policies and benefits
  • Conduct routine check-in interviews
  • Plan staff service awards and volunteer recognition events
  • Ensure HR data integrity
  • Maintain staff bulletin boards
  • Attend seminars and conferences
  • Attend HR and staff meetings

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Knowledge of Auditing processes
  • Ability to conduct Background Checks
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Familiarity with Full Cycle Recruiting
