Job Description:

We seek an HR Data & Reporting Consultant to manage workforce reporting, data migration, and analytic. Key tasks include UAT, report reconfiguration, and workforce reporting with ad-hoc analysis.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and distribute ~70 HR workforce reports with varying frequencies
Analyze, present, and deliver workforce data to key stakeholders
Handle ad-hoc reporting and employee inquiries on regional workforce data
Conduct UAT on Azure SQL data models for HR reports
Reconfigure report data connections post-migration to Azure SQL
Document reporting processes, methodologies, and data sources for consistency

Requirements:

Strong SQL and data analytics expertise
Experience with data and reporting tools, including: Power Query, Power BI, Visier, Business Warehouse, SAP HR & SuccessFactors, ServiceNow (Case Management), KNIME, SQL Server Management Studio
Bachelor Degree
7 years
