Job Description:

Contribute to business strategy; formulate HR strategy for success; drive HR excellence and adaptation; support business transformations; ensure compliance and manage labor unions

Job Responsibility:

Builds strong and solid relationship with internal / external key stakeholders
Influences business leaders in decision making
Drives implementation by providing consultancy, coaching, HR solutions to engage and inspire people
Ensures performance is managed at individual and team levels
Builds critical competencies for the organisation according to business growth needs
Steers talent attraction, development (training) and retention topics
Leads succession planning and builds talent pipeline
Drives leadership development
Improves employee experience and promotes organisational culture & value inside and outside the company
Collaborates and coordinates with HR CoE to implement HR initiatives
Solves HR issues
Drives and ensures adoption of HR policies and procedures applicable to the HUB
Assesses and escalates issues/improvements related to HR policies
Defines and executes action plans based on HR data analytics
Proposes and implements HR systems and structures to improve operational efficiency
Anticipates future market trends impacting HR needs
Provides the market pulse for CoEs
Promotes new ways of working
Ensures compliance to laws and regulations
Manages labor union relations

Requirements:

15 yrs experiences
International and multicultural exposure
Experience of managing transformations (Org, processes, people, culture, tools, etc)
Organizational & Project Management skill
Strong effective Communication skill/ ability to work in matrix organization
Change management skills / Willingness to challenge the status quo
Extremely influential and charismatic
Capacity to take decisions
