In this role, you will be handling various HR-related tasks, such as benefits coordination, communication, compliance, and back up to payroll. This position is an integral part of our team, ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Aid in the enrollment process of employee benefits
Ensure accurate payroll data entry
Communicate company policies to employees
Act as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries
Generate reports, draft correspondence, and prepare HR documentation
Uphold compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Assist in audit procedures and the preparation of compliance-related documentation
Carry out other administrative duties as assigned related to HR functions
Requirements:
Experience in Benefit Functions
Excellent Communication skills
Knowledge of Compliance
Ability to handle Employee Relations
Familiarity with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
