Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Real Estate industry, for an HR Generalist role based in Sacramento, California. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various HR functions.

Job Responsibility:

Administering and communicating benefits to employees effectively, ensuring clarity and understanding
Maintaining open lines of communication with all levels of the organization
Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes
Building and maintaining positive employee relations, addressing any issues promptly and professionally
Managing FMLA and other leaves of absence, ensuring all paperwork is processed correctly and timelines are met
Collaborating with Paychex for payroll and other HR related tasks
Updating and maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
Assisting in the resolution of any HR-related inquiries or issue

Requirements:

Possession of a minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role or similar
Demonstrated proficiency in managing Benefit Functions
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven experience ensuring Compliance in all HR practices
Strong capability in handling Employee Relations effectively
Familiarity with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) procedures and protocols
