Job Description:

This role is ideal for someone with comprehensive HR knowledge and experience across various HR functions.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening, and orientation
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment and changes
Coordinate performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee development plans
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Assist with HR projects, initiatives, and compliance activities

Requirements:

Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
