Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a diligent HR Generalist to join our team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, situated in Cumberland, Maine. In this role, you will be tasked with various human resources duties, including auditing, recruitment, onboarding, and managing additional administrative tasks. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct audits on HR processes and procedures
manage recruitment processes, including the review and selection of candidates
handle onboarding procedures for new employees
oversee various administrative tasks to support HR operations
utilize ADP Workforce Now for HR management
facilitate effective communication within the team
ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
foster a self-starter attitude post-training period

Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
strong understanding of HR compliance and regulations
ability to develop effective relationships at all levels
demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
excellent problem-solving abilities
proven experience in managing employee relations issues
must have strong organizational and time management skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
