Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage human resources functions for a leading manufacturing company. This role will focus on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and benefits administration to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage recruitment and onboarding for various roles
Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting engagement
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist with performance management and training initiatives
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs
Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office
