Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable HR Generalist to join our team in the Twin Cities, MN! This is a fully on-site role, making it a great opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and employees to promote a positive and productive workplace environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related inquiries
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance
  • Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews, managing job postings, and onboarding new hires
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with enrolling, updating, or troubleshooting their benefits
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
  • Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism while maintaining accurate HR records
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR initiatives, such as performance management programs and career development opportunities
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices to streamline HR workflows
  • Lead or support employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR-related role, with generalist experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or Paycom)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support employees at all organizational levels
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
  • Willingness to work fully on-site in the Twin Cities area
