We are looking for an experienced and adaptable HR Generalist to join our team in the Twin Cities, MN! This is a fully on-site role, making it a great opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and employees to promote a positive and productive workplace environment.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related inquiries
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance
Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews, managing job postings, and onboarding new hires
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with enrolling, updating, or troubleshooting their benefits
Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism while maintaining accurate HR records
Collaborate with leadership to implement HR initiatives, such as performance management programs and career development opportunities
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices to streamline HR workflows
Lead or support employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
3+ years of experience in an HR-related role, with generalist experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or Paycom)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support employees at all organizational levels
Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
Willingness to work fully on-site in the Twin Cities area
