Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist in Potomac, Maryland. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our human resources department, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration. Your duties will involve managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and overseeing the open enrollment process. The role is 4 days a week in office.

Job Responsibility:

Administration of benefits and payroll using the UKG Pro system
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Managing the open enrollment process for employee benefits
Handling employee relations and addressing any issues that may arise
Assisting with the bi-weekly payroll process
Maintaining clear and effective communication with all staff members
Overseeing all HR administrative tasks and ensuring their timely completion
Utilizing strong benefits experience to effectively manage and oversee benefits functions
Playing a key role in the process of employee onboarding and offboarding
Utilizing HR administration skills to ensure the smooth operation of the department

Requirements:

Proficient in Benefit Functions
Excellent Communication skills
Strong understanding of Compliance
Experience in Employee Relations
Skilled in Human Resources (HR) Administration
Knowledge of Benefits Payroll
Competence in Payroll Functions
Ability to Process Bi-weekly Payroll
Experience in processing Biweekly Payroll
Proficiency in Process Payroll
Familiarity with UKG Pro
