Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team located in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will be expected to exhibit strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and conflict management skills. You will be a part of a fast-paced environment, where multitasking and problem-solving are essential.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations
Utilize Paylocity for various HR functions
Conduct full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Handle conflict resolution and negotiate as necessary
Adapt and respond quickly to changes within the organization

Requirements:

strong communication skills
organizational abilities
conflict management skills
proficiency in Employee Relations
familiarity with Paylocity
experience in Full Cycle Recruiting
knowledge of Onboarding processes
