Job Description:

We are offering a unique opportunity for a HR Generalist in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing human resource strategies, managing talent acquisition, and administering human resource programs. You will also be tasked with maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as managing compensation and benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Implement talent strategies
Manage the full cycle of the talent acquisition process
Develop and implement new employee orientation and recognition programs
Provide support and guidance to management and other staff
Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs
Create learning and development programs
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Administer and execute human resource programs
Encourage team members to utilize PTO within policy guidelines
Maintain and update company handbook and employee position descriptions
Serve as a backup to Payroll Specialist for payroll processing

Requirements:

Proficiency in Benefit Functions
Excellent Communication skills
Strong understanding of Compliance
Experience in Employee Relations
Knowledge of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations
Expertise in Onboarding
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition
Ability to foster Employee Engagement
Experience in Employee Training
Proficiency in Benefits Administration
Experience in Benefits Analysis
Knowledge of Compensation Analysis
