Job Description:

A well-established and fast-growing children’s lifestyle and accessories brand is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead Talent Acquisition efforts, with a focus on supporting its growing Shenzhen operations. This is a strategic role for someone passionate about recruiting the right talent to power creativity, operations, and customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for Shenzhen-based roles across Operations, Digital Marketing, Design, and Customer Service
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring plans
Execute sourcing strategies using China-based recruitment platforms (e.g. Boss直聘, 51Job, Liepin)
Conduct interviews, manage offers, and facilitate onboarding across functions
Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with basic China labour law requirements
Contribute to workforce planning and employer branding initiatives across the group
Act as a liaison between Hong Kong HQ and Shenzhen teams for HR-related matters

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in HR, with a strong focus in Talent Acquisition
Familiarity with China recruitment tools and platforms
Basic working knowledge of China labour law
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border environment
Open to IANG or TTPS visa holders currently based in Hong Kong
Experience in consumer brands, retail, or eCommerce is a plus
