My client, a respected name in their industry, is searching for a vibrant and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their fantastic team in Chelmsford. Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure efficient HR operations and deliver high-quality service to all staff
  • Oversee the recruitment process, utilising Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline hiring
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our organisational goals
  • Facilitate engaging training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  • Be the go-to person for HR-related enquiries and concerns, fostering open communication
  • Manage employee relations issues with confidence, providing guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Monitor workforce trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding talent management

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Proven experience in a Human Resources managerial role or similar position
  • Familiarity with HRIT platforms
  • Strong supervisory skills with a track record of effectively managing teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly
  • Experience in developing HR strategies that support business objectives is preferred
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practises in human resources management is advantageous
