Job Description:

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources, lead the benefits administration for SCA employees, and implement policies and procedures for the HR Dept. This role requires experience in Federal Government Contracting and involves managing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations, and assisting with special projects.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the administration of employee benefits program
Ensures firm compliance with provisions of governmental regulations- ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA
Manage SCA regulations and employee benefits consolidations
Assist with special projects including impacts on benefits resulting from acquisitions, legislation
Administers approved new plans and changes by preparing announcement material, booklets, and other media for communicating new plans to employees
Conduct new hire orientations, on-boarding, and serve as Point of Contact for employee benefits questions and HR policies

Requirements:

BS/BA degree or PHR, SHRM
4 years’ experience in Human Resources
Must have experience working for a Federal Government Contractor
Must have experience working SCA
Strong employee relations background
Ability to pass a drug and credit check
