Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a forward-thinking company in Solana Beach, CA, to recruit an experienced HR Manager. This opportunity is ideal for a confident professional with a strong background in both strategic and operational HR functions.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring best practices are upheld in all areas of HR management
Oversee talent acquisition efforts, employee engagement initiatives, and succession planning
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to leadership
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required (Master’s degree preferred)
6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and HR management practices
Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or Paycom)
Ability to lead a team, inspire collaboration, and foster a positive work environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
