Job Description:

Our client, a property developer in Malaysia, is looking for an HR Manager to oversee cultural transformation, performance management systems, talent acquisition strategies, and training programs. The role includes team leadership and reporting to the Director.

Job Responsibility:

Drive culture transformation initiatives to align organizational values with business goals and enhance workforce engagement
develop and optimize performance management systems, refining KPIs and implementing continuous feedback mechanisms
implement a Balanced Scorecard framework, enhance compensation packages, and establish performance-based rewards
execute talent acquisition and retention strategies
design and deliver targeted training programs and address skill gaps

Requirements:

At least 8 years of relevant working experience
detailed and meticulous in executing tasks
proactive and resourceful
