Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, compliance, and employee engagement, contributing to a positive workplace culture. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking to contribute to a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Foster and promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values and enhances employee engagement
  • Manage the hiring process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining and enforcing HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and oversee performance review processes, coaching managers on best practices for employee development and feedback
  • Administer employee benefits programs and maintain competitive compensation structures
  • Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and implement training programs that enhance employee growth and organizational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Maintain HR records, manage HRIS systems, and analyze workforce data to support decision-making
  • Conduct workplace investigations, manage disciplinary actions, and oversee employee separations while ensuring fairness and mitigating risk
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field required
  • Professional certification(s) strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, benefits management, performance management, employee communications, events, recognition, salary and compensation management, and other HR functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience reporting on employee-related metrics
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best HR practices
  • Ability to cultivate and champion a company culture that aligns with organizational values, fosters employee engagement, and enhances workplace morale
