Job Description:

We are offering a temp to hire employment opportunity in the service industry, specifically for the role of an HR/Payroll Clerk, located in CANFIELD NT, Ohio, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with multiple responsibilities, including the management of customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and handle employment inquiries efficiently
Oversee the administration of health insurance and 401K plans
Process customer credit applications with precision and speed
Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy
Download and manage reports using Microsoft Excel
Handle unemployment claims in a timely manner
Perform detailed analysis of data and information
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients
Carry out full cycle payroll tasks with due diligence
Ensure data entry tasks are completed accurately and promptly

Requirements:

Proficiency in managing full cycle payroll operations is essential
Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional customer service
Proficient in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Ability to conduct detailed analysis, interpreting data and making informed decisions
Knowledge of standard HR practices and procedures
Familiarity with payroll software and systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of confidentiality and discretion
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
