Job Description:

This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members while managing various recruitment platforms. The job also includes administrative tasks, supporting benefit functions, and promoting growth within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize ADP Workforce Now, CareerBuilder, CRM, and Applicant Track System to manage the recruitment process
Conduct comprehensive background checks for potential permanent staff
Manage and update the status of open positions, which typically range from 15-22 at any given time
Screen potential employees using Indeed and other recruitment platforms
Ensure effective communication with potential permanent staff and internal stakeholders
Provide support for various benefit functions within the organization
Maintain regular office hours with flexibility for personal obligations
Use Office Suite for various administrative tasks
Play an active role in the onboarding process for new permanent staff
Foster forward momentum growth within the organization by identifying potential for internal promotions and skill development

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter within the Hospitality industry
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
Demonstrated ability to use CareerBuilder for recruitment processes
Experience with CRM systems
Familiarity with Applicant Track Systems
Ability to conduct comprehensive Background Checks
Knowledge of Benefit Functions within the HR sector
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in Recruitment - Sourcing, including identifying and reaching out to potential candidates
Previous experience Recruiting for a variety of roles within the Hospitality industry
