Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in Flower Mound, Texas. This role operates within the industry and will involve a variety of tasks such as creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers.

Job Responsibility:

Utilizing LinkedIn and other platforms for sourcing potential candidates
Creating detailed and engaging job postings to attract applicants with relevant experience
Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions
Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles
Coordinating interview schedules for hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process
Making competitive job offers to selected candidates
Hosting or attending job fairs to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Utilizing iCIMS software for efficient management of the recruitment process
Leveraging skills in ADP Workforce Now, CRM, Applicant Track System, and Campus Recruiting to enhance the recruitment process
Ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment
Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now
Must possess strong skills in CRM and Applicant Track System
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with iCIMS is required
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
Previous experience in Campus Recruiting is highly desirable
Ability to conduct interviews effectively and professionally
Proven track record in Recruitment - Sourcing

Nice to have:

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Previous experience in Campus Recruiting
