Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the industry located at a prominent location in Illinois, United States. As an HR Recruiter, you will be instrumental in handling various recruiting processes, from conducting interviews to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct thorough personnel requisitions to understand hiring needs
Carry out recruiting functions, including screening potential candidates over the phone
Review job descriptions and skillsets of potential candidates to ensure a suitable match
Collaborate closely with current managers to ascertain recruiting needs
Ensure efficient use of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook for booking meetings and Teams for scheduling
Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic tasks and data management
Operate Ultipro for managing HR processes
Execute background checks as part of the recruiting process
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition
Manage internet recruiting to source and attract potential candidates

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR Recruiting
Proficient in performing Background Checks
Ability to handle Personnel Requisitions effectively
Strong knowledge of Corporate Recruiting strategies
Expertise in Internet Recruiting techniques
Experience with a variety of Recruiting Functions
Understanding of diverse Recruiting Processes
Skilled in Recruiting top-quality talent
Proficiency in Conducting Phone Screens
Experience with the UltiPro HR software
Ability to manage and Booking Appointments
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration
