Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the non-profit sector. The role lies at the heart of our organization's success, focusing on the acquisition of talent to support our mission of helping those dealing with bereavement and mental health issues.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize various job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to source potential candidates
Network within the local area to identify potential recruits
Engage with a variety of detail-oriented individuals including licensed counselors (LPC/LCPC), Social Workers, LMFT, LCSW-C, and clinical psychologists licensed
Employ HRIS and ATS for effective recruitment processes
Ensure excellent communication throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to the final offer stage
Conduct thorough background checks and verify credentials of potential employees
Administer benefit functions and manage applicant tracking systems
Leverage ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient recruitment
Use skills in Basic Medical Terminology and Psychosocial Rehabilitation to better understand and recruit for specialized roles
Maintain a resourceful approach to recruitment and relationship building with potential candidates

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a HR Recruiter role
Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Experience in using Careerbuilder and CRM
Knowledge of About Time and Applicant Track System
Ability to conduct Background Checks
Understanding of Benefit Functions
Excellent Communication skills
Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology
Understanding of Psychosocial aspects
Knowledge of Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Experience in a Non-Profit industry is a plus
