Job Description:

The HR Recruiter will be instrumental in managing the recruitment process, utilizing various systems and tools such as ADP, ATS, and CRM. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficient and timely hiring
Utilize ADP Workforce Now and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for recruitment and applicant tracking
Leverage CRM and CareerBuilder for sourcing potential candidates
Conduct Background Checks as part of the recruitment process
Handle Benefit Functions related to recruitment and onboarding
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Track System
Use 'About Time' software for efficient time management and scheduling
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in the recruitment process
Resolve any recruitment related inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter
Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Familiarity with Careerbuilder
Ability to use CRM effectively
Experience with About Time software
Proficient in Applicant Track System
Experience in conducting Background Checks
Understanding of Benefit Functions
Excellent Communication skills
