Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the transport industry for an HR Recruiter based in Irving, Texas. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in managing recruitment processes, conducting background checks, and facilitating effective communication across various teams.

Job Responsibility:

Handle full cycle recruiting to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
Utilize ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and other recruitment technologies such as Careerbuilder and CRM
Leverage ADP Workforce Now and ADP - Financial Services to manage recruitment processes
Execute background checks for potential employees
Ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders
Oversee applicant track system for efficient management of candidate data
Perform benefit functions as part of the recruitment process
Use Paycom for efficient HR management
Ensure all recruitment activities are about time, maintaining efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Skilled in using Careerbuilder
Proficient in CRM tools
Knowledge of About Time software
Experience with Applicant Track System
Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks
Knowledge of Benefit Functions
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting
Familiarity with Paycom software
