Job Description:

We are currently offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the non-profit sector, based in Azusa, California. The role entails a variety of functions related to recruitment and human resources management. The workplace is dynamic, requiring interaction with various departments and individuals.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct recruitment activities, including setting up interviews and coordinating with potential candidates
Utilize ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and CRM systems to streamline recruitment processes
Manage and update ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems to keep track of financial aspects of recruitment
Use the Applicant Track System for efficient management of applicant data
Perform background checks on potential candidates to ensure compliance with company policies
Use Careerbuilder and About Time tools to attract and manage prospective employees
Handle benefit functions, ensuring employees are informed about their benefits and any changes
Maintain open and effective communication with team members and potential candidates
Participate in occasional travel for recruitment purposes

Requirements:

Possess at least one year of experience in a HR Recruiter role or similar position
Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Experience with Careerbuilder and other job posting platforms
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Knowledge of About Time software
Experience with Applicant Track System
Ability to conduct comprehensive Background Checks
Understanding of Benefit Functions within a non-profit organization
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
