Job Description:

You will be part of building their new Global Service Centre in Poznań, which is to support various functions globally. You will have a considerable influence on the future and will play an active role in making the changes successful.

Job Responsibility:

  • deliver Operational HR Service support to the HR community
  • perform HR processes in line with corporate directions, legal standards, and country-specific requirements (e.g., onboarding, probation)
  • process HR requests and prepare HR-related documents and reports (e.g., contracts, reference letters, certificates)
  • support Recruitment activities and Application Management, including the posting of positions, interview scheduling, maintaining candidate database, pre-screening of applications, handling of related paperwork, communication with the candidates
  • data management within our HR systems ensures up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy
  • archiving documents

Requirements:

  • fluent spoken and written German (C1) and English (B2-C1) language skills
  • additional European languages are a great asset
  • ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of HR Operations and/or Shared Services experience in a global organization
  • good knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures and 1-2 years of HR administrative experience
  • experience with HR systems is desirable but extensive trainings will be provided
  • customer service-based attitude and focus on getting things done
  • ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
  • open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement
  • excellent time management, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to travel (especially during the onboarding phase)
