Job Description:

We are in search of an HR Sourcer to join our Manufacturing team in Macon, Georgia. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the posting of open positions, candidate evaluation, and HR administrative tasks. Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to other HR department projects. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Post open positions both internally and externally to attract potential candidates
Evaluate candidates to ensure they meet our company's hiring standards
Utilize LinkedIn and other job search engines for sourcing potential candidates
Oversee the applicant tracking system and conduct recruiting analysis
Handle HR administrative tasks including creating agendas and scheduling site visits for candidates
Participate in HR department projects in support of the HR team
Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and HCM for HR related tasks
Implement and monitor compliance with hiring processes
Assist in Compensation Administration and Benefit Functions

Requirements:

Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Familiarity with Ceridian software
Should be adept in HCM (Human Capital Management) practices
Proficiency in 'About Time' software is desirable
Must understand and manage Benefit Functions effectively
Experience in Compensation Administration is required
The ability to ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations is essential
Must be proficient in managing various Hiring Processes

Proficiency in 'About Time' software
