Job Description:

Randstad Italia SpA Inhouse is seeking an HR Specialist to join the HR team of our multinational client: Huawei Technology Italia Srl - Consumer Business Group. As an HR Specialist at Huawei’s Consumer Business Division, you will support HR operations across Europe, focusing on recruitment, outsourcing management, employee relations, and organizational culture. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional passionate about creating a positive work environment and handling diverse HR functions.

Job Responsibility:

Recruitment (Europe): Manage hiring processes across European offices, sourcing top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers and local teams to identify needs and conduct interviews
Outsourcing Management (Southern Europe: Spain, Italy, Portugal): Oversee third-party vendors for recruitment and temporary staffing
Ensure compliance with local regulations and service agreements
Employee Relations & Culture (Italy): Address employee concerns and ensure policy adherence
Foster a collaborative, engaging work environment aligned with Huawei’s values
Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws
Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to boost engagement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
1+ year of HR experience
Fluency in English, Chinese, and Italian
Passion for HR and people development
Open, proactive, and adaptable mindset
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment
