Job Description:

We are in search of a temporary HR Specialist to join our team in KANSAS CITY, Missouri. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry. As an HR Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage data entry across multiple HRIS systems for an ERP implementation.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and coordinate data entry into 3 different HRIS systems for an ERP implementation
Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Paycor, and Banner for various HR functions
Ensure accurate and timely input of new permanent staff information into the respective systems
Maintain a strong focus on detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Handle additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Utilize CRM tools effectively to maintain and manage customer relationships
Stay updated with the latest industry regulations to ensure compliance at all times

Requirements:

Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
Experience with PeopleSoft HR applications
Familiarity with the Banner HR system
Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM software
Solid understanding and experience in regulatory compliance within HR
