Job Description:

This program is an 11-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a post-graduation role.

Job Responsibility:

Develop solutions using HR platforms and cloud technologies
Enhance employee & candidate experiences by automating processes and integrating AI-driven insights
Work on enterprise-scale applications involving data analytics, microservices, and APIs
Collaborate with business and technology teams to design, build, and deploy software solutions
Gain hands-on experience with cloud computing, UI frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems
Engage in development opportunities to own a concept, develop a plan, and deliver high-quality software

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
Experience designing and building software applications
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, C++, C#, SQL, JavaScript
Experience with UI frameworks: Node.js, Angular, React
Cloud development experience

Nice to have:

Leadership experience (e.g., student organizations, projects, sports, or internships)
Experience leading a school or work-related project
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
Internship or work experience in a related technology field
Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and data analytics
Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize scaling
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as: Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and drive innovation
