Job Description:

With their growing operations, our client in the chemical industry is looking for a HRBP to join the team in JB. Responsibilities include engaging finance leaders, recruitment marketing, structuring development programs, analyzing attrition trends, and managing organizational change.

Job Responsibility:

Engage and influence finance leaders, leveraging data-driven insights for workforce planning and decision-making
high-volume hiring, employer branding, and recruitment marketing to attract and retain top talent in competitive markets
structuring career development programs, coaching, and identifying skill gaps to enhance workforce capabilities
analyzing attrition trends, implementing recognition programs, and driving well-being initiatives in high-pressure environments
handling organizational change, conflict resolution, and process improvements to enhance HR effectiveness

Requirements:

At least 5 years of HR experience, especially in a business partnering role
strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and industrial relations
