Job Description:

The HRIS Manager will play a vital role in our team by leading the development and execution of HR data analytics and systems strategies to support our human resources objectives and initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the optimization, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS business processes
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design and implement seamless system integrations and data solutions
Develop HRIS strategies that align with organizational goals
Collect, analyze, interpret, and draw insights from HR data
Identify key trends and patterns within HR data
Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs
Design and produce regular and ad-hoc HR analytics reports and dashboards
Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast HR metrics
Drive continuous improvement in HR data governance, data quality, and data management processes
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in HR data analytics and data visualization

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as an HRIS Manager
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge and understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Familiarity with Ceridian software
Core HR skills
Experience with About Time software
Auditing skills
Strong understanding of benefit functions
Compliance knowledge and skills
Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience with Workday, Workday Payroll, and Workday HRIS
Proficiency in UKG Pro software
Familiarity with Kronos and Kronos Workforce systems

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Ceridian software
Experience with About Time software
Proficiency in UKG Pro software
